Breaking barriers, one historic flight at a time.
Test pilot Chuck Yeager broke the sound barrier on October 14, 1947. Spanning only 28 feet (8.5 m) and measuring 31 feet (9.4 m) in length, the X-1’s impact on the future of air and space travel proved immeasurable. Kit features a fully detailed cockpit with an optional pilot figure, an optional rocket engine, an opening cockpit door and decals with authentic markings for four versions.

Modern Europeans have discovered that the Colt’s slow, steady performance makes it an ideal choice for crop dusting and skydiving. Kit features textured surfaces, a separate radial engine, a cockpit with seats and control columns, separate ailerons and operating hinges, aerials, a rotating propeller and decals for civilian, Soviet Air Force and N.V.A. aircraft.
